Client view #16: Jacopo Francisconi
At ETFmatic we have the pleasure of serving clients in 32 European countries. We see this as an incredible advantage being able to interact with such a large and diverse group of people from all walks of life. As our aim is to democratise finance for all Europeans we ask our clients if they would be willing answer questions on their experience and initial decision to use ETFmatic. The post below is part of an ongoing series where we share the experiences some of the amazing clients we serve today.
How long have you been investing for?
A couple of years.
Describe your investment goals. Are they long-term, short-term, are you on track? Have you changed your investment strategy over the years? If so, how?
Mainly mid-term. Have not changed my strategy so far.
Why did you decide to use ETFmatic?
Because it gives me the chance to invest my EUR savings from the UK very easily, which is not a common feature of robo advisors. The fees are also quite competitive.
Can you provide a brief overview of your experience so far - How much are you investing, how long for, and how satisfied are you with returns to date?
So far I've committed 4,300€, but I've started less than a year ago. It's early to evaluate the returns, but I'm happy with them so far.
How comfortable are you with using a robo-advice platform, how does it compare with your investing experience prior?
I like the idea of being able to manage everything from home. Opening, checking my balance etc. I'm also satisfied with the customer service's feedback and response time. I use other investing platforms as well (e.g. Money Farm) and I'm a similar experience with ETFmatic. If I compare the two I'd say Money farm has a much nicer and friendly interface whilst ETF matic has more investing and customisation options.
We'd like to thank Jacopo for his time and investing with us. If you would like to be part of our client feedback series and provide your opinion. Good, bad or indifferent, please do let us know
