Name:Mário Mendes Machado
How long have you been investing for?
Describe your investment goals. Are they long-term, short-term, are you on track? Have you changed your investment strategy over the years? If so, how?
They are long term goals. Just a little bellow from what I had which, but the goal was ambitious. No need for investment strategy changes yet. I think it’s too soon for that.
Why did you decide to use ETFmatic?
From what I’ve researched and read, I think it’s a credible financial institution with a competent rational and I considerer to give it an opportunity and see if it could perform better than my “normal” savings account bank.
Can you provide a brief overview of your experience so far - How much are you investing, how long for, and how satisfied are you with returns to date?
I have invested currently 8.000€, and earned about 5% of income, after one year. I’m satisfied with the returns and only wish I had some more money to invest.
How comfortable are you with using a robo-advice platform, how does it compare with your investing experience prior?
I think the robot platform is at least as competent as my other investments managers. Most of my other savings are below 5%. And I believe the fees are much lower. Also, the platform is very interactive and it gives me quite clear information about current investment status, returns, fees and products invested.
We'd like to thank Mario for his time and investing with us. If you would like to be part of our client feedback series and provide your opinion. Good, bad or indifferent, please do let us know
