Jaime started his career at J.P. Morgan, offering individuals and family-owned businesses financial and strategic counsel. He has launched companies like BoXinBox and invested in start-ups such as Tenders and SinDelantal.
Stefanie managed the Customer & Service Competence Center at Santander Consumer Bank AG, including teams leading quality control, back office investment banking and work with regulatory bodies. She was previously Head of Customer Service at Royal Bank of Scotland, in Germany.
Justinian started his career in financial services regulation as a lawyer with Clifford Chance LLP in London in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. He advised banks, financial institutions and investment firms on issues associated with the regulatory response to the financial meltdown, the impact of the European Union’s financial services regulation and regulatory capital requirements on securities and derivatives transactions in the financial sector. Justinian has experience with startups of his own and also providing commercial, legal and regulatory insight to others.

Johann started his career at HSBC Private Bank. where we helped to start, build and manage their Discretionary Investment business. As a Portfolio Manager and Associate Director managed he managed multi-asset global macro portfolios for Ultra-High Net Worth clients. He then joined a boutique investment firm Ruffer LLP as an Investment Associate.
